When should I watch the Bleach anime Movies?

I’m up to episode 110 and was wondering when exactly it’s “ok” to watch the two movies, Memories of Nobody and The DiamondDust Rebellion, without throwing myself off/ out of order?

While the movies don’t have anything to do with the plot they can spoil you if you watch too soon.

Memories of Nobody you can watch after anytime after the soul society arc.

Diamond Dust Rebellion you might want to get to at least episode 122 for the least amount of spoilers. And 145 so that you don’t get any spoilers.
