pool installation for new house ?
My friend is having a new house built very soon. And he wants to have a concrete or fibre glass pool installed , and it has to be before the house construction is started . And the home builder is asking for about 2000 dollars for scafffolding over the pool. I am wondering if scaff folding is off the home builder responsibility or the pool company’s responsibility ? 2000 bucks for the scaff folding is a rip off, so I am just wondering if there is a way to reduce this cost, thank you.

If You leave a 5-6ft path to the pool area they can build it after the house is done. Construction is messy and something almost always
falls in to the pool and stain the plaster or fiberglass+ The additional
risk to you if someone where to fall or get hurt on the property You could be Sued! Skate boarders love empty pool and that can be a Big
Problem. And with no Lighting around The pool-Someone could really get Hurt! Even fiberglass pools can be Crained In. Another thing a empty pool in a rain storm can Pop out of the ground like a Boat! and Break the plumbing and decking around the pool and a new pool need alot of Accessabilty.
