I don’t think that a black lolita would find herself very accepted in Japan. Japan has a problem with xenophobia, and lolita are not socially accepted in Japan, no matter what race they are. So not only would you have much of the population disliking you just for dressing like that, many of the lolita probably wouldn’t like you because you’re foreign.

In the US black lolita are accepted by the other lolita.
